TACI - Online Tachograph Cards (only for driving schools and car agencies)

From February 1st, 2024, the TACI service - online tachograph cards has been activated for the telematic submission to the Maremma and Tyrrhenian Chamber of Commerce of applications for the initial issuance and renewal of the Driver Card and Company Card by driving schools and car agencies.

The online application transmission service is free: each application will be automatically registered at the time of sending and the user will be notified at the same time (by notification to the mailbox declared during registration) of the protocol number and the registration date.

It is possible to track the progress of the application, and the card can then be delivered to the address specified in the application.

To obtain authorization, driving schools/agencies must fill in their data and digitally sign the mandate [fillable PDF file on PC] (with the relevant clauses and Annex A - Instructions) as a Collection Office and send it via PEC to the Maremma and Tyrrhenian Chamber of Commerce, at the address cameradicommercio@pec.lg.camcom.it.

Afterwards it is necessary to register for the Registro Imprese - Telemaco application submission service and inform the Chamber of Commerce of your access user to the Telemaco portal for authorization to the TACI service (at the address PEC cameradicommercio@pec.lg.camcom.it).

For the telematic submission of applications, it is necessary to:

• preload the amounts necessary to obtain the issuance or renewal of the card;
• have a digital signature device;
• access the TACI application, click on the "Telematic practice for tachograph cards" button (located on the right), fill out the application, sign it, and submit it along with the necessary attachments.
